| Reserve now - how to reserve an RV | | | Book early to ensure a confirmed reservation and the best possible rental rate for your desired RV size, pickup location, and dates. | | | You can either book online now or contact our office on 0844 910 3271 | | | Many customers now make reservations in the Autumn for the following summer because they know the price will be cheaper; so please be like them and reserve early. It is when you book that sets the price you pay so the earlier you book the cheaper your rental will be. | | | If you book on line, you will receive immediate confirmation from the system. If you make your booking by telephone, we will confirm by email or regular mail. We will ask for your your credit card number as a guarantee of a firm reservation and the full payment will not be charged to the credit card until eight weeks prior to your pick up date. Booking on line does NOT apply to one-way rentals which you must request by calling 0844 910 3271; in this case we will confirm your reservation within 24 hours of you contacting us and we will send you confirmation. NB: If a booking is made on line and no credit card detail is provided following our confirmation, the booking will be cancelled without notice. | | | You can cancel forty-six days prior to departure and get a full refund of your reservation payment; if you cancel between 46 and 30 days prior to pick-up, a fixed fee of $400 will be non-refundable; if you cancel 30 - 14 days prior to pick up, $750 becomes non-refundable; if you cancel 14 days or less prior to pick-up, or no-show, 100% of the amount paid will be withheld. | | The normal minimum rental period is seven nights. For rentals over major holidays and for special events the minimum rental period may extend to 14 nights. Reservation confirmation documents and other helpful information are sent by e-mail with each reservation when we confirm it.
