How to book

Book early to ensure a confirmed reservation and the best possible rental rate for your desired RV size, pickup location, and dates.

You can either book online now or contact our office on 07546 703047 or 0844 910 3271*

Many customers now make reservations as much as a year in advance because they know the price will be much cheaper. Be like them and you will get the best price.

If you book on line, both you and our team will receive immediate confirmation from the system. We’ll then be in contact to reconfirm and, if you wish, help with your planning.

If you make your booking by telephone, we will confirm by email the same or next working day.

In either event we will ask for your credit card number as a guarantee of a firm reservation. The full payment will be charged to that card directly by Cruise America sixty days prior to your pick up date. We will remind you when that date is near and, if a card detail has not been provided by that time, the booking may be cancelled without notice.

Booking on line does NOT apply to one-way rentals which you must request by calling us. In this case, we will confirm your reservation within twenty-four hours and will send you confirmation if approved.

You can cancel your booking without penalty any time up until your ‘payment due’ date.

The normal minimum rental period is seven nights. Reservation confirmation documents and other helpful information are sent by e-mail with each reservation when we confirm it.
